1. Definitions

"Design Agency," "we," "us," or "our" refers to Graphicuss.
"Client," "you," or "your" refers to the individual or entity utilizing our services.
"Website" refers to Graphicuss's online platform, accessible at www.graphicuss.com.

2. Services
Graphicuss offers a range of design services including but not limited to graphic design, web design, branding, and marketing collateral creation.

3. Fees and Payments
Fees for our services will be provided to you upon request or as outlined in a specific project proposal.
Payment terms and methods will also be outlined in the project proposal.
Graphicuss reserves the right to alter fees and payment terms at any time, with notice provided to the client.

Payment should only happen on the official site or via payments@graphicuss.com. We do not take responsibility for payments happen outside other than our official channels.

4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademarks, and design rights, relating to the work created by Graphicuss shall belong to Graphicuss unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Upon receipt of full payment, Graphicuss grants the client a license to use the final designs for their intended purpose outlined in the project proposal.

5. Confidentiality
Graphicuss agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive information shared by the client during the course of the project.

6. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide timely feedback and necessary information to facilitate the completion of the project.
Any delays caused by the client may result in project timeline adjustments.

7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for payment for any work completed up to the termination date.

8. Communication

All communication should happen only via official mail (which ends at @graphicuss.com), or official WhatsApp number, or through our team members.

9. In order to mitigate the risk of fraud or non-payment, final deliverables will only be shared once at least 50% of the payment has been received.

10. In case of no advance payment all the files provided will contain a watermark to avoid the risk of usage without paying.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Graphicuss reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
